Designed for cell cryopreservation media sterilization, they boast compatibility with DMSO and various solvents. With a polypropylene housing, female Luer-lock inlet, and male slip Luer outlet connections, they operate at a maximum temperature of 55°C (131°F). Manufactured under cGMP, these filters offer an effective filtration area of 2.8 cm2, a typical hold-up volume of 50 uL, and a maximum operating pressure of 6.2 bar (620 kPa, 90 psi). They maintain endotoxin levels below 0.25 EU/mL and ensure a typical water flow rate of 60 mL/min at 2.1 bar (210 kPa, 30 psi).
