Swann Morton’s size 14 dermaplaning blades are ideal for aesthetic procedures, particularly dermaplaning, which involves controlled surgical scraping to exfoliate the skin’s top layers, leaving it refreshed. These blades, complemented by the smaller, rounded 10R “butter blades,” can be used on small areas or the entire face, alone or with other treatments like chemical peels or microdermabrasion. Individually wrapped in boxes of 100, they fit size 3 handles seamlessly.
Dermaplaning can be performed on small areas of skin or on the entire face and can be used alone or in conjunction with other procedures such as a chemical peel, microdermabrasion, or fluorescent pulsed light (FPL). Dermaplaning, when performed prior to other treatments, can remove the “peach fuzz” which can trap excess dirt and oil.
