Each unit features a hydrophilic PVDF (Durapore®) filter with a surface area of 100cm2. It is equipped with a 1/4″ (6mm) hose barb inlet connection and housed in polycarbonate plastic. The entire unit undergoes sterilization via gamma-radiation. While its maximum filtration capacity is 10 Liters, this may vary depending on the viscosity and particulate levels of the liquid being filtered. Integrity testing is conducted and validated by EMD Millipore to meet regulatory agency requirements. EMD Millipore adheres to ISO and cGMP standards, and Certificates of Quality are provided for each lot sold.
